Our Proxy Marriage for couples where one is incarcerated require the consent from the incarcerated individual which can be acquired through power of attorney, an email through the prison system or a letter sent to our chapel. The marriage license is applied for online and you are able to be on the phone together for your ceremony.

WE DO NOT DO PROXY MARRIAGES WHEN ONE PARTY IS INCARCERATED AND THE OTHER IS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, BOTH PARTIES ARE INCARCERATED, OR ONE PARTY IS INCARCERATED AND THE OTHER IS ON PROBATION AND NOT ABLE TO LEAVE THEIR STATE.
