Our Foreign Country proxy marriage is for couples where one party is a United States citizen and the other party resides in a foreign country. Please note the the USA party may NOT be incarcerated or under house arrest or probation where they can't leave their state. We will require a notarized affidavit from the party in the foreign country consenting to the marriage. Please check with an immigration attorney to make sure you understand all the required steps for a spousal visa.
